Transform Your Smile with the 3 on 6 Procedure

The 3 on 6â„¢ procedure replaces all of the teeth in the mouth with six implants and three bridges. The treatment is designed to give the patient a set of permanent teeth with the added benefit of preserving their healthy bone and giving them a natural gum line.

The 3 on 6â„¢ functions and feels like natural teeth.

Why Choose the 3 on 6?

  • Permanent and Secure: 3 on 6 utilizes six implants with three zirconia bridges permanently secured to them. This means your teeth don't come out for cleaning at home or at the dentist!

  • Natural Look and Feel: The 3 on 6 preserves the patients bone and tissue so there is no need for artificial pink gums or denture. Kissing, eating, and speaking feel natural.

  • Simple Maintenance: No glues, no harsh chemicals, just standard brushing and flossing. Your bridges can never get cavities and with basic oral hygiene, your smile can last you a lifetime!

The Science Behind the Smile

The patient's bone is preserved and built up through grafting at the time of surgery. This improves healing and recovery and long term oral health.

Six titanium implants are placed in the arch of the mouth in a guided surgery. The implants osseointegrate to the bone,  creating a solid foundation for the restoration.

A full arch of temporary teeth is placed at the time of surgery to provide cross-arch stabilization. This protects the implants as they heal to the bone.

The natural gums are preserved and heal to form keratinized tissue surrounding the implants which helps prevent infection and create a more esthetic outcome.

After the implants have healed, the arch of temporary teeth is replaced with segmented bridges. This allows more natural movement of the jaw bone and bone-preserving stimulation.
