Virtual Consultations
Thank you for scheduling a virtual 3 on 6™ consultation with a Smile Specialist. Before your consultation, please take the following steps to be prepared for your consultation.

SEND A SELFIE
If you'd like to get you a sneak peak of what your new smile can look like, we will need a picture of yourself as soon as possible. Please follow these instructions when taking your picture:

Remove dentures if you use them

Smile NATURALLY, allowing your teeth to show

Face a source of light such as a window

Face the camera DIRECTLY, fill the frame with your face

Email the photo as soon as possible to contact@3on6.com

DOWNLOAD APP
Your consultation will take place on your smart device. Prior to the consultation please do the following:

Download the 'Microsoft Teams' app from the app store. The app is free and available for Android and iOS devices.

You do not need to create an account, you will connect as a guest

Go into your device settings and allow access to your mic and camera for the app.

JOIN THE CALL
When it is time for your consultation, please be free from distractions so you can have clear communication. The Smile Specialist will send you a message with a link to join the video call. When you receive the text with the link, do the following:

Click the link to join the call

Enter your name and click 'Join as guest'
