The Steps To Your New Smile
Step 1: Free Consultation
Everything begins with a free consultation with a 3 on 6™ certified doctor. A consultation with our doctor includes a free full mouth digital scan and intraoral examination so we can identify the health of your teeth and your jaw bone. After this our office can tell you if the 3 on 6 procedure is right for you or recommend another treatment. Our doctor will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have including questions about dental implants, the 3 on 6, the all on 4 or all on x, overdentures, or traditional dentures.

All of our consultations are no pressure and zero obligation. The consultation will typically will last around an hour and we’ll be able to give you an exact price before you leave, as well as help with insurance and arranging financing.
Step 2: Implant Surgery
At the following appointment, the implant surgery will take place. This can be done with local anesthesia or you can choose to be sedated. After this surgery, the implants will need to heal for anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
After this appointment you might see your new smile for the first time! You'll either have a temporary bridge placed on the implants or receive a temporary denture so that you are not toothless while you heal.
Our dental lab will use scans of your teeth or pre-designed models to design your new smile. You will have input on the design including the shade of the teeth.
Step 3: Temporary Restoration
Once your implants are healed, your temporary bridges will be removed and a new set of temporary bridges placed on your implants. This step is to ensure the bite is correct, and that you like the design and color of the teeth.
After trying the bridges for two weeks the doctor will meet with you again to see if you’re happy with your smile or if you would like some adjustments with the shade or fit. Based on your feedback, the Doctor may make some modifications to your bridges.
Step 4: Final Bridges
After everything is looking and feeling good, the final zirconia bridges will then be made by our dental lab specialists, based on the specifications from your Doctor. A final appointment will be scheduled in which the Doctor will place your final bridges. The final bridges will be beautiful polished and strong.

Dr. Roberts is the creator the industry changing 3 on 6™ full mouth restoration procedure. His experience with implant restorations is extensive. Dr. Roberts has traveled worldwide to give and receive training in the area of dental implants and smile restoration.
Dr. Roberts graduated Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He received his Bachelors degree in Integrated Studies of Biology and Business from Utah Valley University, and is finishing up his Masters in Business Management at Harvard University. He founded Utah Smile Clinic and subsequently Smile Systems, where he currently serves as Chief Dental Officer, and mentors many doctors throughout the country on the 3 on 6 procedure.

Dr Roberts is one of the most experienced dental implant surgeons in the world, having placed over 10,000 implants. He is experienced in complex surgical cases, including placement of pterygoid and zygomatic implants.
Dr. Randy Roberts
Dr. Locke graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. He was then accepted into the prestigious Regional Dental Education Program and attended Creighton Dental School on scholarship.
Dr. Locke loves all aspects of dentistry but has received extensive training in oral surgery and implants, and is one of the world's most experienced 3 on 6 providers. He is also trained in facial esthetics including the use of Botox and dermal fillers.

Dr. Locke currently serves as the Smile Systems Institute Director where he creates training content and delivers training to new and existing 3 on 6 providers in the Smile Systems network.
Dr. Logan Locke
Dr. Weisenberg graduated with a Bachelors from Towson University's Molecular Biology, Biochemsitry, and Bioinformatics program with additional minors in Chemistry and Business. He later graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Dentistry with a patient in dental technology.

Dr. Weisenberg is passionate about connecting with his patients and getting them the results they are looking for. To accomplish this, he has undergone advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, implants, full mouth reconstructions, occlusion, gum grafts, bone grafts, and sinus augmentations. Dr. Weisenberg continues to train with the best dentists in the industry to stay on the cutting edge. He has published articles on dentistry and is an educator with the Smile Systems Institute where he teaches surgical and restorative procedures for full mouth reconstructions.
